How do I select a book I want to buy?
To buy a book, simply click the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you wish to purchase. The item will then be added to your shopping cart.
How do I view the books I have placed in my shopping cart?
To review all the items you've put in your cart before you buy them, click on the "View Cart" link at the top right-hand corner of the page.
How do I actually purchase the books I want to buy?
If you already have an Avalon Books online account, you need to sign in by entering your email address and password. If you do not have an account with us, you will need to enter your billing and shipping details during checkout.
How will I know if Avalon Books has received my order?
Once you complete the purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order.

When placing your order, you can pay by Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
Can I pay with PayPal?
At the moment, we only accept Visa and MasterCard.

Return Policy
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. Please contact our Customer Service department between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST to request a return authorization. No refunds will be issued for returns without return authorization or for any item returned to us more than 14 days after receipt of purchase. Refund of the purchase price (including sales tax) will be issued upon receipt and acceptance of returned item. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for all returned items. We reserve the right to deny returns if the product is returned in poor condition.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for packages lost during return.

What is your shipping policy?
Orders from our website can only be shipped to valid United States delivery addresses.
At this time, we cannot ship one order to multiple addresses. If you would like your order divided between addresses, please place each order separately.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The normal delivery time for all orders delivered in North America ranges from three to twelve business days. You will receive a Shipping Notification email when your order leaves our warehouse.
