When Sarah Wilson is offered the chance to spend a year in the woods observing a pair of bald eagles, the job seems too good to be true. She jumps at the chance to heal old wounds in the peaceful beauty of the Centerville nature preserve. She doesn't count on the particularly disturbing effects of her new boss, international conservation specialist Sean Brady. Nor can she foresee the heroic feats that will be required of her in order to protect her new charges, the eagles.
Sarah's efforts on behalf of the magnificent birds eventually bring her face-to-face with her ever deepening feelings for Sean. Only when she finally faces those feelings will she be free to soar like her beloved eagles.
Marsha Driscoll first worked as a schoolteacher, then spent nearly twenty years practicing as a licensed psychologist before changing careers to become a writer. She enjoys combining her love of nature with her interest in human relationships.
